“Korban mencari keberadaan tersangka, ternyata benar mobil tersangka terparkir dan dalam keadaan kondisi mesin menyala,” ujar dia.

Nicolas menerangkan, korban menghampiri mobil tersangka, namun justru mendapatkan perlakuan tak baik. Bahkan pada saat korban berusaha masuk ke dalam mobil, tersangka tidak menghiraukan. “Tersangka tetap melajukan mobil dengan kecepatan tinggi. Dan pada saat itu tersangka mengetahui bahwa kaki korban sebelah kanan sudah masuk ke dalam mobil jok depan sebelah kiri,” ujar Nicolas.

Akibatnya, korban terjatuh dan mengalami luka serius, termasuk patah kaki kanan. Tersangka juga tidak memberikan bantuan atau menjawab panggilan korban setelah kejadian tersebut.
